Refunds, Returns and Replacements

Overview

We expect that your purchase from The LiederNet Shop will arrive on time, intact, and be just what you asked for. In case of problems, though, we have a policy to cover refunds, returns, and replacements.

For items that are defective or that suffered damage during production or shipping, we offer a free replacement with the same item (usually one can be provided) or a refund. You will need to contact us about the problem within 14 days of product delivery. Please email us at orders@lieder.net and provide a clear photo showing the issue.

If you receive an item that is not as described in our listing, or if you were sent the wrong item, also let us know within 14 days of delivery.

If you entered incorrect shipping details, or you ordered the wrong size or color, or you do not like the item you received, unfortunately we cannot offer a replacement or refund.

Replacements

For items that are defective or that suffered damage during production or shipping, we offer a free replacement with the same item (usually one can be provided) or a refund.

In most cases, you will not need to return the item to get the replacement item. If we need the original item back, we will send you shipping information by email.

Depending on where you live, the time needed for your replacement item to arrive will vary. If you have not received the replacement within 14 days after it is approved, please let us know by email at orders@lieder.net.

Refunds

If you request a refund and the refund is approved, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and should appear on your account within 7 days. If you have not received your refund after 7 days, please contact us at orders@lieder.net.

Items will be refunded at their purchased price. Thus, an item purchased at a discount would be refunded at that same discount.

Returns

In most cases, you will not need to return the damaged item to get the replacement or refund. If we do need the original item back, we will send you shipping information by email.

Amazon Products

Purchases made through Amazon, such as items in our Recommended products, are subject to Amazon’s refund and return policies and, for orders not fulfilled directly by Amazon, those of the seller.
